Manual re-entry is the most invisible technical debt. And the most expensive.

Every time someone copies an order number from your online store into your ERP, every time they export a CSV from your CRM to import it into your emailing tool, every time they check by hand that the stock on the site matches the actual stock in the warehouse, your company loses time, generates errors, and piles up data inconsistencies.

A badly built integration is worse than no integration at all: corrupted data spreading from one system to the other, duplicates impossible to clean up, synchronizations silently failing for weeks.

At Krafter, every connector is built with the same rigor as an application: mapping of the data to synchronize, transformation rules, handling of errors and edge cases (missing data, timeouts, unexpected formats), logging of every exchange to diagnose an issue in minutes, and automated tests before going live. The connector ships with its technical documentation and built-in monitoring.

No. In the vast majority of cases, your current software exposes an API or a usable export/import mechanism. We build the connector on top of these existing interfaces. You keep your tools, they simply start talking to each other.

All our connectors use secure protocols (HTTPS, OAuth2, authentication tokens). Data travels encrypted. We store nothing outside your systems: the connector moves the information, it never keeps it.

Our connectors ship with error handling: if a system stops responding, the synchronization is queued and retried automatically. Failed exchanges are logged and you get alerted. No silent data loss.
