1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the means we use to process your personal data collected through the website https://krafter.io, in the strictest respect of your rights.

2. Identity of the personal data controller

The controller of your personal data is Krafter, SAS with a share capital of €2,300, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Villefranche-Tarare under number 902 139 047, whose registered office is located at 130, chemin de la combe, 69480 Morancé, France.

3. Nature of the data collected and purposes of the processing

To date, we collect certain information that you provide when contacting us through the site: your last name, first name and email address. This information is required to access our services.

This data is collected for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Managing your access to the services available on the website https://krafter.io and their use,
  • Building a customer and user database,
  • Sending newsletters, solicitations and informational messages (should you not wish to receive them, we give you the opportunity to opt out when your data is collected),
  • Compiling traffic statistics for our sites,
  • Organising promotional operations, excluding gambling and games of chance,
  • Managing feedback from people about our events or content,
  • Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Recipients of the data

Only company staff, supervisory services and our subcontractors will have access to your personal data.

Your personal data may also be shared with public bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations, as well as with officers of the court, ministerial officers and debt collection agencies.

5. No transfer of data

Your personal data will not be sold, rented or exchanged for the benefit of third parties.

6. Data retention period

Regarding data related to the management of customers and prospects: your personal data will not be kept beyond the period strictly necessary to manage our relationship with you. However, data establishing proof of a right or a contract, which must be kept to comply with a legal obligation, will be retained for the period provided by the applicable law.

Regarding any prospecting operations aimed at customers, their data may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.

Personal data relating to a prospect who is not a customer may be kept for a period of three years from its collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospect.

At the end of this three-year period, we may contact you again to ask whether you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations.

Regarding identity documents: where the right of access or rectification is exercised, data relating to identity documents may be kept for the period provided in article 9 of the French code of criminal procedure, namely one year. Where the right to object is exercised, this data may be archived for the limitation period provided in article 8 of the French code of criminal procedure, namely three years.

Regarding bank card data: financial transactions relating to the payment of purchases and fees via the site are entrusted to a payment service provider that ensures their proper execution and security. For the needs of the services, this payment service provider may receive your personal data relating to your bank card numbers, which it collects and stores in our name and on our behalf. We do not have access to this data.

Regarding the management of opt-out lists for prospecting: the information needed to take your right to object into account is kept for at least three years from the exercise of the right to object.

Regarding audience measurement statistics: information stored on users’ devices or any other element used to identify users and enabling their traceability or attendance tracking will not be kept for more than 6 months.

7. Security

We take all appropriate precautions, along with suitable organisational and technical measures, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered or damaged, or from being accessed by unauthorised third parties.

8. Access to your personal data

You have the right to obtain a copy of your data, as well as its rectification or deletion, by contacting hey@krafter.io.

As a reminder, anyone may, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of data concerning them.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this policy at any time.

These changes will take effect upon publication of the new privacy policy. Your use of the site after these changes take effect will constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the new privacy policy. Otherwise, and if this new policy does not suit you, you must no longer access the Site.
